This pod is constructed with a lightweight carbon fiber faceplate and utilizes mill cut openings for the EIS and switches.  The housing pod is molded with hand laid fiberglass and mates to the faceplate with a water tight seal. The entire unit is mounted to the main boom with vibration damper attachments. The conversion from the original aluminum box will not require rerouting the wiring harness.
